1What is covered
Every OneNotch Pro and Supporter purchase comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee, counted from the day you buy. Ask within those 7 days and your order is refunded in full, and you do not have to give a reason.
The free version costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. You can try everything it includes for as long as you like before you decide.
2How to ask for a refund
- Email support@tryonenotch.com from the address you used at checkout.
- Say you would like a refund. Your order number helps, but it is not required.
- We reply to confirm, then send the refund to the checkout provider.
3When the money arrives
Refunds are issued through our checkout provider, back to the payment method you used. The money usually reaches your statement within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer sets the exact timing.
4After a refund
The license for the refunded order is deactivated. OneNotch keeps working in its free version, with the limits that come with it. The clipboard history saved on your Mac stays on your Mac.
5Your other rights
The guarantee is in addition to any consumer rights you have by law, and it does not replace them. If something is broken, tell us first: we can often fix it. You are never required to, and you can still ask for your refund.
